This driver supports the Xircom Creditcard Ethernet+Modem II adapter
only.  It will not support earlier versions.

To run, copy all the inf files to your windows\inf directory.
Copy the cn2ndis3.vxd file to your windows\system directory.

Make sure 32-bit Socket Services are turned on.  Insert the
card, and installation should be automatic.
