Most problems encountered in running ZR are probably due to insufficient memory available. Zone Raiders requires about 6.5 MB of free XMS memory (according to the DOS command 'mem'). If insufficient XMS memory is available, try to free more memory by doing the following: - try reducing the amount of SmartDrive cache memory to 512K (or 256K in extreme cases). We do NOT recommend that SmartDrive be disabled, as it will significantly increase disk loading times. If you would like to re- calibrate your joystick go to the control option menu select joystick, re-calibrate. Or during the game press Ctrl-J. Keyboard - If you go to the map screen, any key press will return you to driving. To pause the game press the Pause key, any key press will return to the game. The map is not a real-time map, so you can not drive from the map screen. What about Network Play? ----------------------------- Only one network game is possible at the same time.
